Goal 3: Governance for academia – a culture of enablement
In the central concept of guidance HU is implementing a governance reform, which will restructure and enhance its entire steering processes and strategic competence at the faculty level.
This process flanks the transformation of the administration departments into linked service units. In order to firmly establish a culture of enablement throughout the university, HU’s administrative organisational and working processes will be shaped in such a way that all resources, particularly time, will be available to the greatest extent possible for unimpeded research, teaching and effective studying.
